7/5 NYS hawk 250 successful registration
Literally walked into the dmv with all the correct forums, paperwork, and attitude and In 20 mins I walked out with plates and a registration for the hawk 250 cc. About 195 in total. Thank you aspc USA for the quick delivery and the speedy return of my title.
