Agree. I've actually bought a few larger items at ladysmith Motorsport. Usually more then helpful. And reasonably priced
I got haileys helmet there

I haven't taken it out since the first ride with the pipe.
I can't wait to ride again Won't be this weekend though. Going fishing

Pic cause I love pics

Woke up this morning before everyone and went outside and jetted the bike.
(Fishing trip canceled)
I did not get any pics as I was trying to get it done quick
Looks like someone's been in the carb before. Stripped bowl screws

Got into it though. What a pain had to remove seat. Battery box. Air filter.
Pilot was a 40. Swapped to 42.5
Main was a 130 swapped to 135

Going riding at about noon today can't wait to try it out.
I started the bike up and it was warm. RIGHT NOW
Throttle response seems a lot crisper.
Need to get it out if the yard and really test it

Dave

I hope those jet sizes work for you, and I hope you had a great ride today.

I always swap bowl screws for stainless socket head cap screws. Much better than stinkin' phillips.

Well looks like I need to try the 140 main jet I got. Still extremely lean.
White plug still. And falls on its face at WOT sputtering ect.

Wonder if old jet was drilled out. But I doubt it.
I'll be trying the 140 next

Can you find jets bigger than 140? If not, you could always mail the small ones to me, and I'll drill them to whatever you wish.

No update on the jetting yet. Might bring the bike to work Friday and swap the main out during breaks.

But I got home today to a box on the kitchen table

Fuel petcock arrived

It looks pretty good

I can't decide if I'm going to swap it out yet. No leaks from one on bike at all this weekend. Might wait and see if I have an issue again.

Thanks

Dave

That looks identical to the one i just received. Turn the valve to main, blow in the hose nipple and see which tube the air comes out of. If it comes out of the tall brass tube, it's correct.

I removed the plastic bits, and I'll use an inline filter instead.

Ok, the dog removed the plastic bits, but I forgive her.

BTW, if the brass tube is in the wrong spot, it can certainly be relocated.
