Grom fighter for us old guys

I am not familiar with this vendor or this manufacturer.
Still, I am tempted. Drum brake up front.

Boom! is the same company who make the Vader. Pretty much tied in with Baodiao (I think that Baodiao is the OEM) They have branched into many bikes including several versions of Grom clones, a Ninja 250 like bike (used the 125cc engine they had certified with the Vader), and this bike, which I am guessing they certified with the EPA/DOT on the same certificate as the rest of their 125cc lineup including the Vader bikes. I think they have great potential, but not so great quality, which is par for the course with several manufacturers, whereas other manufacturers are introducing higher quality goods but at higher prices. I am guessing, as a toy, this would be as good a bike as a Vader.

I had heard of Electric powered Grom clones sold by BOOM, but this is the first petro bike I have seen offered by them.

Boom manufactures the Vader and the bike that looks identical to the SSR Razkull. Also, the 125cc 'mystery' bike that looks like a Ninja sold through Venom. There are a few models of street scooters that compete at the bargain priced level against Taotao's scooters. On the electric front, they sell a few electric scooters, in addition to their electric Vader. They keep adding interesting models, such as the one above. Excalibur Motorsports used to carry some Baodiao scooters (I think they still show them on their web site), but in the US, they call themselves Boom).

Their website, even though it lists them as 'USA' does not really show all their products they carry here.

That’s not a bad looking bike. An engine swap and some black paint could really make this thing cool. I’d ride that.

Wish it had a 250 or at least a 200. I'd be seriously interested.

The Pitster 190cc 5-speed engine would be a great swap for this bike. Add a Mikuni carb call it all good. That engine runs about $850.
