Exclamation main difference between NC450 and NC450S

I am observing two types of NC450 from zongshen iniatally they used to call it by NC450 and NC450-deluxe ( NC450S )

I want to know what is the actual differenc between both I know the valves shape and size over all is different between two, but what else is different; which one is better.
If any one want to share information ?

NC450-SIMPLE

NC450S

I don't know the internals but one is designed for fuel injection and the other is designed to run a carburetor from what I saw when doing some research on these..

Well; CSC U.S. Rx4 is equipped with simple NC450 9with Delphi EFI) while

the GPX450R by pitspro is NC450 S/U (slash head) is also using same EFI but offcourse different engine

while the KOVE is use NC450 (DOHC) with bosch EFI

while all same engines with different (simple megnetto) are offered in some asian brands with carburrators as well.

the KOVE enigne makes sense it makes more power its DOHC but slash head and simple one I need to drill down why both are made differently while making same power curve.
