Chain size and 60 tooth sprocket

I've got a Coleman Ct200. I want to put a 60 tooth rear sprocket on to increase torque for climbing. For those who have done this how much top end speed did you loose, what size chain and how many more links do I need to retrofit the larger sprocket? TIA

As far as I know they take a 420 chain.
