Remapping question for Lexmoto Monza 125(150)

HI folks, I have recently bought a euro 4 125cc scooter known as a Lexmoto Monza (Znen Fantasy 125 in Chinese market etc) and have fitted it with a 149cc big bore head (57.4mm bore). I have taken it for a ride and a P0174 (not enough fuel at heavy loads) fault code appeared on the dash as well as the bike feeling underpowered, unable to exceed 50mph (80km/h) even downhill. I have downloaded HUD Hacker and connected my laptop to the bike which works perfectly, however I am not skilled at remapping and would really appreciate some guidance on how to correctly configure the ECU to fuel the newly increased cylinder capacity. Also, would the P0174 code be related to the increased cylinder capacity and would the system be able to provide enough fuel at WOT?

Many thanks in advance for any help or knowledge anyone can give?
