Bd125-10 gearbox noise.

Hello. I have a new BD125-10 that is making a clicking noise in the gearbox when in neutral or when the clutch is disengaged while in gear. There is no sound when in gear accelerating or decelerating, it is only once I pull in the clutch that this nose appears. The clicking noise is consistent and happens at the same point of the sprocket turn every time. I have a video but cannot seem to get it loaded. I assume this is something in the gearbox. I’m just wondering if anyone has encountered this issue and what it was as well as the solution. I know sound issues are difficult without a video. I hope my descriptions help. Thank you in advance for your time

I apologize. I used to know how to embed videos but my internet knowledge has greatly diminished over time.

Try this one.
