Trace the wires back as far as you can, making each connection solid. If something can be unplugged, unplug it and put it back in. Make sure that the battery is connected solidly on both terminals. Ensure that the negative terminal lead is connected to the chassis/engine to provide a good ground.

check the kill switch first. The gas gauge is really really bad most say. Mine from the factory showed empty with 2 gallons in it. Might need to bend the wire. Others have said if you fill it up all the way then it starts working.

wow few hours of just looking at this thing feeling like a fucking retard ....

wiring ... the black wire has 12 volts going too the cdi ... now this is where shit goes too shit because the wiring diagram seems not right ...

I checked the black white wire coming from the magneto and it did do something on the meter but i am not sure how to test that right ...

the coil seems to be getting zero power from what it seems and I disconnected the green wire too the cdi by removing the pin ... from the wireing that seems to be the ground for the kill switch and no change

DC-CDI system ie. Replaced [Red/black] exciter wire from AC-CDI system by +12v (black) in 2-pin connector
Black/white Isn't that a standard color for s/w OFF (trace from the lock...) in AC-CDI (DC system Cut +12V supply)!!!

Wow i typed a lot ... I learned a few things also lol

Ok CDI stuffs
Trigger ohmed to 150 ohms so thats OK
AC Ignition power 60-65 volts AC so thats OK
OHM'ed out Kill Switch "key off shows ohm / key on shows no ohm" so thats OK

least i am getting closer to the problem
