Quick update on the cluster order....

Communication is HORRIBLE the last couple orders. Still not shipped. Seems like the more i ask the more delayed they are.....

Really getting frustrated with the supplier. i MIGHT get an e-mail back once a week now and still no firm commitment on shipping. Unfortunately they have my money. Sorry for the delay folks....

That's a shame that they aren't communicating with you. Still no excuse for all the delays. Maybe there is a big demand for these speedos. I've noticed the TT250 has it now and I saw another brand bike that had one. Can't remember who. So I assume they are taking care of the bike manufacturers before you.

I have to give them a little credit. Even though communication has been horrible they are trying to send out a quality product. Got this at 3AM today.:

Dear Matt,

The meters will arrive the agent in two days
and I will update with you the tracking number.
I am sorry for the dealy.
we have some problem with the materials,
and take some day to wait for the new and good one.

Good to hear they are practicing good quality control. That's always a plus.

Just the lack of them not communicating and updating you can get stressful.
I placed an order with Aliexpress at the end of May. The package hasn't left China as of today. The seller has not responded to one message that I have sent.

For those that haven't heard, The MFG had a production issue with the housings that didn't pass inspection. They have FINALLY got my order to the shipper so i expect them in about 10 days to 2 weeks. I will update here....

mjstef are you programming these clusters? would it be possible to specify a odometer reading to be programmed before shipping or is there already a way?

What's a good alternative cluster other then mjstef's, for the Hawk?

No way for me to program them. I tell people to write the miles from the original cluster under their seat in magic marker.

I know you were planning on sending me one you were going to put together from a couple of returns, but I went ahead and placed an order for a new one. I had a little money left over from the Gofundme and my welder to use, so it isn't a big deal to me. I know you are a busy guy.

No worries. Been covered up here with work. Have 2 estates i'm cleaning out and a huge landscaping job going. I took a few hours off this morning to catch up on paperwork. You didn't have to buy one. Have your sitting here ready to assemble. You'll need gas $$$. I'll take care of you.....
