QLINK xf200 owners (need some help)

So I have been doing alot of reading on removing the SAI on the head of my motor mainly for the fact of I hear it would make my motor run cooler. I have found some directions but the pics are gone for forever from the threads probably because they closed their photobucket account. Does anyone have pics they could share? Also the carbon canister on my bike is making a ticking sound for some reason unknown? I thought it was my valves but they are in spec according to the clearance #'s I found. I don't know why its making such a wierd noise but I am gonna remove it as well or want to haha. I have read alot of stories of people plugging up the tank vent and then their bikes run funny. Why not just leave the tank vent line open and run it somewhere on the bike? So just to keep it shorter if you guys done mind helping me

I am looking for pics of the SAI removal
Valve clearance specs both exhaust and intake
And info on removing the carbon can
And also does anyone know of any throttle tubes that work on the QLINK that are from a Suzuki or some other jap bike?

Thanks so much in advance I appreciate it
