SuperNoob Join Date: Jul 2021 Posts: 15	Lifan X-Pect registration in Washington state (ezpz) No issues, super easy. Walked in to a licensing office with the certificate of origin and bill of sale showing I had already paid the sales tax. $147.50 out the door for the title application and 1 year registration for both on & off road use.
