Good looking bike! That would be perfect to have around as an extra bike for off-roading for friends and family when they visit if street would also be involved and necessary. Seems like it would be a good bike for all the members who are looking for a bike to teach their wife or girlfriend how to ride (again, when street-legal is necessary). However, 33" seat height might not work in some of those cases. I have been contemplating a Grom Like Vehicle, but this is far more useful in my opinion. Same price as well.

the seat is a high looking 33" without someone on it.
granted i possibly put 220lb on it and it sinks down considerably.
my son sat on it and it sank on him too. it feels like it sinks 4-5". lol

note: i found a warning sticker on it recently and it says
to not load more than 178lbs rider weight.

I would say that's a much better option than the Grom clone. Sounds like it has more than a 125cc engine. Nice deep tone.

i have been doing the “1 man parade” around town all this weekend in subdivisions and 45mph roads in between. This rxb125 is a blast to ride.
it tops out about 47/48mph on the stock sprockets gps just under redline. i have the carb tuned just right. this thing is loud! no exaggeration, its really loud! the bike doesnt vibrate shake or shimmy at wot. its simply well made in the frame! swing arm all the way to handlebars this thing is true. i like this bike much more than a vader/grom. i passed a couple grom riders this weekend and i could tell they wanted one. lol. yes go get one! they are more fun and solid.

So, probably over 50 once it's broken in? This will be a game changer, BUT, limited to those who can plate an off-road bike. Yes, it states 'Motorcycle' on the MCO and yes it has all street equipment, but there will be states that will not plate it based on the fact that it is not on the DOT list.

That being said, both Taotao and Boom/Baodiao are blowing their chance to have 50-state legal versions. Baodiao was able to get their 4/5th size 125cc Ninja replica street legal in ALL 50 states on the same certificate as the Vader, so I am sure they could pull off making a mini-dirt bike using the same certificate. Taotao has their Hellcat on its own certificate, but surely they could slip in one of their pitbikes! Like you mentioned, this style of bike is more fun than a Grom or GLV, so surely one of these, or both companies could figure out how to get a pitbike DOT approved for all 50 states?!

With the sprocket change it should easily do over 50mph. Like Culcune said this bike will be like the Hawk. It will be hit and miss trying to get it tagged in some states. I don't think it would be a problem here in Louisiana as long as it states "motorcycle" on the MCO and has all the equipment to make it street legal.
