This is the most disturbing statement that you make. It seems to me that it was your decision to risk your safety by riding with the problem, yet you blame Venom for it. Venom has a very good reputation here and has done good at taking care of issues when they come up. All they ask is for is verification of the problem and information on the part needing replaced, seems simple and quite reasonable to me. Flagrant statements harm companies and when you have a company who is clearly trying to work with you despite your lack of communication, well that speaks volumes that they DO care about their customers.
