Looks good . Great progress in a day . I got away with the stock kick stand . Later I came across another and cut out about an inch ,could have taken more off it. It has enough lean now that I don't worry it will fall over

ordered up wheel bearings for it yesterday... took a while to find a few of them, since they are nonstandard bearings... hardest one to find was for the cush drive... a 15mm bore with a 52mm OD....LOL turns out theres an alternator bearing thats just the right size out there... so i will hopefully get the bike totally together and safely rideable within the next week or so... still need to fab a bracket for the rear brakes though... anyone have ideas?

Can you get the bracket that was meant for the caliper, and then weld tabs on the swingarm to match it?

If that's the case, I'd track down a second swingarm. Undo the shock bolt, drive the pivot bolt out and slide the swingarm away.

this looks pretty sweet, I'm due for a new set of tires soon, I may go for some street ones instead of knobbies

Looks Good . I have never been good at getting the front wheel up like this. The Goldwing powered up once . Yikes thought I was going to die.

i am not gonna lie... its scary at first... the wierd part is i can ride a wheelie on my mountain bike at balance point, which is a far steeper angle, for far longer than i am comfortable with on the motorcycle... its pretty easy to power it up, due to the large rear sprocket, its currently geared sligghtly shorter than the stock 17/56 gearing...its a 13/45 520 chain gearing... i am probably going to get a 38 rear for it eventually, but its kinda nice to be able to hooligan it a bit...LOL i may keep it this way for a while...
