Need help finding parts (Apollo??) Orion AGB 30D 250cc

I bought the bike today, but I can't seem to find who sells parts for it. It's a 2007 model and I need quite a few miscellaneous parts. Front brake assembly, petcock, chain adjusters, air filter, rear wheel bearings. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On another note, the bike will not open up all the way. I suspect a carb issue, but is it possible that it has a rev limiter built into the CDI?
