I think you nailed it, Pete. It sure looks like the XR400; twin exhaust pipes, twin throttle cables and air cooled. I couldn't make out if it has the oil cooler behind the headlight, though. Odd that they use two mufflers.
Nice looking bike. If you removed the decals, nobody would have a clue what you're riding. The price is a little steep at $6190.00 US.
