GIO 500+ help

I have GIO 500+ and my pedal keep spinning while am riding it how can i stop it from spinning help me please

Welcome!

I presume that you're keeping your feet on the platform and not on the pedals (just like I would), and it sounds like the pedal constantly rotates while you're riding. Is that right?

If so, there isn't much you can do about that pedal, but you can change them. I'm not sure if they're 1/2" or 9/16" pedals, but you could certainly buy some better quality units for not much cash.
