Borg Warner Has Purchased Delphi

Just an FYI, I went to Delphi's home web page and saw that they have been purchased by Borg Warner. I don't know how this will affect them and their motorcycle electronics business; will Borg Warner sell it off or abandon it, since they seem to be interested mainly in car based automotive electronics? I guess we will have to wait and see how this all plays out.

Makes sense because Delphi has been supplying fuel injection technology and parts to General Motors for a couple of decades.
I don't think Delphi will abandon the powersports industry anytime soon. Its a huge market.
