Templar X registration in West Virginia

Just wondering if anyone knows how easy it would be to get the bike registered for street use in WV. It has all the hardware but is clearly marked for off road use only. It basically all hinges on this..can it be plated in WV?

If WV is anything like VA, it should be easy. I was the first Zuumav Templar X in Virginia and just had to wait alittle longer at DMV for them to get the make/model added to the state database.. which paved the way for smooth sailing for the next guy.. if someone has already registered one in WV then it should be easy for you as the MCO states motorcycle on it

this is what I found online..wv code:

ยง17C-1-4. Motorcycle.
"Motorcycle" means every motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, but excluding a tractor.

if that is the case and the MCO states motorcycle on it, and this being a powersport-loving state.. i bet they will do it. I am gonna keep researching and even call them.

My MCO from powersportsmax arrived last night in the mail.

Under Description it says "Motorcycle" and nothing else.
