Total Newbie looking for advice

Hello all, I am looking at purchasing an electric motorcycle from Alibaba and was wondering if there was any way to get it titled/registered and street legal. I dug around the forum a bit but did not find a recent similar situation. The bike I am looking at can be seen here:

I have been interested in electric motorcycles for a few years now but have zero chance of being able to afford one from a major manufacturer so I have turned to Alibaba to fulfil my dream of owning one.

Would I have any chance of obtaining a title/registration for this bike in Massachusetts and if so could anyone point me to some resources on where to start.

No one here can tell you. The folks down at your local DMV or licensing bureau can.

Save yourself a lot of hassle getting it tagged for the street. They will need EPA certification. I'm sure there will be some hoops to jump through.
