I agree. However, sometimes in the Rocky Mountain states you are funneled onto the interstate, whether you want to go there, or not. For example, I-15 in Salt Lake City is very near the Wasatch Mountain Range, and sometimes the state route will suddenly flow into I-15, and you are caught by surprise. At other times the frontage roads will disappear, and if you are unfamilar with the area, you are forced onto the interstate. Therefore, it's always a good thing to have enough power to ride the interstate for short intervals, until you can get back on the alternate routes. The CBR250R, CBR300R, and CBR300F have enough power to safely travel the interstate highways under such circumstances.

I had that in South Carolina crossing into Georgia. Only one route across the river. The lifan was stretch to its limits. I believe that I could cross Kansas on a gravel road.

I like the standard, upright riding position as well. I also like the headlight and cowl, vs. the fairing.
I'm trying to sort out the rear wheel difference in the animation; do you think it's a different tire size, or just a different wheel position in the adjusters?

The two bikes are basically identical, except for the headlight, cowling, et cetera. Therefore, the smaller difference must result from a different wheel position in the adjusters, or slightly different photographs, et cetera.

The CB300F will be far easier to maintain without all the plastic covering the engine. Also, the bike will suffer less damage when dropped.
