Angry Long delay is getting MSO from Motobuys

It has now been 8 weeks since my "Will" 200 came in from
Motobuys.com.
STILL NO MCO !!!

Here is an exact copy of the e-mail sent to them today
"
I ORDERED THIS ON FEBRUARY 19th.
ORDER# YHST-94650728190733-9321
Bike was received on Feb. 24th.
I first called and tried to give you all the vin# and was told aggressively "We do not need it,
we have it on file. You will get it in 2 to 3 weeks"
THEN, after waiting 3 weeks as I was told to do, STILL no MCO.
So I then called back and talked to a different salesman who the told me "Oh no, you have to
e-mail us the VIN# and THEN in 2 to 3 weeks you will receive the MSO"
Geeeeee, glad to know your "sales team" is well trained and professional! ( said sarcastically! )
So I did. That was on MARCH 19th. It is now April 13th and still no MCO.
Had I known it was going to take you all EIGHT WEEKS to ship my MCO, I would have purchased elsewhere!
I assure you this, every single forum I am on will know of my experience with your company. "

I hope other's have better results with these jackaroo's!!!
They got my money once. ONCE. I will not be using them for my wife's trike or my next 250cc Sport Bike (CBR copy bike)

By the way, the bike has been flawless since I got it. Just been limited to off roading only due to the lack of the MSO issue.

I'm sorry to hear of the terrible customer service you have received. Thanks for alerting others so they are not mistreated similarly.

This guy on advrider bought a CT70 clone from them because their DAX clone is from Ice Bear, and Ice Bear's clone uses a semi-auto clutch vs. the Skyteam's clone's 4-speed manual. The bike is for his wife to ride around their 40 acre property. I am not sure if he intends to plate it, but he did get his MCO. You might want to join if you are not a member already and see how long it took to receive his.

Might want to talk to your credit card company. They can and will put some pressure on the company.

Did you call your credit card co? They can put pressure on them several ways. one is to stop them from using any credit card on future transactions. You may be too late on your transaction to get it reversed, but if motobys get threatened to get their card bussines in the future shut down they will get on it.

Several times on scooter forums people with no mso got the transaction reversed, one lady as of a couple years ago had 2 scooter yard ornaments 6 months later that the scammer did not even send a truck to pick up after the card co reversed the transaction.

In Mo. they would be looking at jail. it is against the law there to sell a vehicle that you do not legally own ( or have paper to transfer or allow customer to register.) What happens is seller is selling a car or what ever that they got in trade that the old loan was not paid off on and the same could be true with the bike they sold you if it was bought by them on some sort of credit plan, they would have to pay for it to get title or mso.

That is terrible customer service! What if you were depending on riding the bike as a commuter?

To whom it may concern:
Went to the DMV 2 days ago. Had no issues getting the license plate
in Tennessee. Just handed the clerk the MSO and BOS and she said "no problem" and a few key strokes (And $228 ) latter and I had my lic. plate.
At least SOMETHING went smoothly!
