You said it's as CB family. Why wants to buy the CG (OHV) parts ???

sorry... LOL But i want to know if a CG head with 67mm bore can fit on my engine.

BTW i mesure the sleeve and its -Top 66mm
-mid 66mm
-66 bottom

That shop's address is at a residential building (but NEVER tells u which room/ floor) / the tel # starts w/ 8 indicates http://www.ofca.gov.hk/filemanager/o...11/no_plan.pdf something doggy. The connecting tone isn't like the "solid" HK line.
IF i were u, i will order from "soild" shop in taobao.com via agent.

I would just buy the new cylinder and piston. Can you re-use the cylinder head you have now?

Ohh god this cylinder head was ugly looking.
The valve as this thing (rught surface) like on the piston.

After a good cleaning this look like this

Much better!!!

here's an update about my gio... so i fond a good piston at motopartscenter.com fast ship btw....

so i rebuild the head and when i kick start the engine made this weird soud.. ploukkk

is this normal??

I'm sure it's normal for an engine with no carb or exhaust. It is basically a compressor.

Thx... so now i have a real problem.... i have spark for only 2 mins.

I think i have a poor cdi box.

here's the story.

First day.
Put the new piston and ring and install the engine on the bike.
Put the carb. And try to start the bike but... no spark.....
So i test the stator with a multimeter it give's me 3-4 volt.
After that i order a new stator, performance cdi and a rectifier just making sure all will be good.

Second day

I receive the new stator,cdi and rectifier. I install all of this... and... no spark...
10 mins later of trying to understand waht's wrong. The bike start at very high rpm i had no control on the trottle. And after that the no spark probleme returns. I check all the wires but seems to be good.

3th day.

I try different combinaison and i buy a new ignition coil. But no spark again. after all i take my mulitimeter and trying to figuring out where is the probleme. I put the positive wire on the red and black wire form the stator and black on a green. It gives me whit hard kick start 40-80 volts. Thats good? After i check the wire geos to the cdi the red and black and black and it gave me the same result as the stator( juste for check the wires).

After i check the output voltage on the cdi i put the pistive on the wire goes to the ignition coil and the black on a green one. It gave me some voltage.. for about 2 mins. and after it gave me 0.3V.

thats wierd... i think this 2 cdi box the old and new one are bad...

So i dont fu"/$%" understand anything...

For starters, your carb slider is likely in backwards, which is why it ran at high rpm when it started.

Second, maybe there is something else causing the no-spark condition, like a bad kill switch or key switch.

yep the throttle cable is backward... i made other test. The cdi is good and the plug geos to the coil is good but when en connect the plug with the ignition coil. Nothing happens... no spark i test it wiht a power supply and the coil make good spark.

At this point i'm a little bit screwed.

When you say the plug that goes to the coil is good, do you mean that there is definitely power to the coil?
