I particularly enjoyed the view from Beara Peninsula.

I bet the hens kept Jackie hopping, for sure!

My normal speed would be 90-95km/h. The thing here was we had a strong tailwind behind us all the ways home and 100km/h was no strain on the bike. I wouldn't push it if the engine was under stress.Anyway thats 7 locations done and 5 to go. All remaining locations are 350-550km round trips.

Keep it up!

You are going to be in the running for the highest miles on a 125cc CB :-)

I assume the money spent on gas is very little, so enjoy :-)

Bigger is not always better.

One of the nicest things my Zongshen 200GY-2 taught me was to escape the freeway, travel the tertiary roads, smell the roses, and enjoy the beauty of God's creation.

Sometimes speed thrills, but there is a tradeoff. Sometimes slow and easy is better.

Took me a while to find this out but I agree 100%. I have bigger bikes but i am getting such a kick going along at a nice easy pace and getting to see a lot more of our beautiful world.
The bike is returning about 105 mpg and a tank of fuel is lasting over 500km!

The more you ride it the more you save!

I just filled up my CB175 on Saturday and I got over 100 MPG. I love it!

This just makes me loath the historical dullness of America lol
Not that we don't have anything worth seeing it's just insane distances and the culture in America is now like watching television.
Hollywood has taken over even the smallest of towns :(

Hello All, been missing for awhile as I bought a campervan and have been away for a few weekends in it prior to going to Bulgaria for 3 weeks vacation. Yesterday I headed off to the midlands to a little village called Pollagh which was another location on the Irish Photo Rally.
The middle of Ireland is very boggy and it where turf and peat is gathered and has been for centuries.

The village of Pollagh, in county Offaly, has a sculpture called "The Bogman" which is carved from Bog Oak. This was my 8th location.

It is situated on the banks of the Grand Canal.

This section of the canal was built in 1804 and the bridge that straddles it, Plunkett Bridge was built in 1809.

This is the only crossing point for miles around. This was a really nice location and it was a lovely journey in bright sunshine. A total round trip of 410km. As normal the little Keeway did not miss a beat!
