Is there any chance that the oil feed hole in the head gasket is partially blocked? It sounds like it's starving for oil.

I'll check. But not sure exactly what hole you are talking about?

Thanks wasn't that. Had the timing way off.
Now running pretty good. Just a little tapping at the Head. Think i need to readjust the valves again.

That's an easy mistake to make. Glad you got it sorted.

thank all for the help.

One question, I have my valves set at .005/.005 and have a little tapping/ticking from the head.
should i go up or down with the gaps... to try an eliminate the tapping?

Typically, you can go with .003" - intake and .004" - exhaust for these horizontal engines with a 110cc or greater displacement.

Ok i adjust the valve to .003 / .004
main jet 120
fuel/mix 1 1/2 turns

That taping is quieter but now it sounds like this. Like it has the hiccups? Cutting in and out.

Just rode it for about 30min. Got it up to 44, i didn't want to push it anymore. It feels like it can hit 60 even with the problem....When its driving it acts its jerky, seems to pull back and forth. at idle it will die or idle up and down between 2000rpm and 1100rpm. Any help?
