One good thing that has come out of the $$$ collected is they have built staging areas in the National Forests to load/unload your quads and bikes and parking lots for your rigs. They also maintain ORV (Off Road Vehicle) areas near metropolitan areas so you have a place close by to ride.

Plus the OHV parks also have picnic areas, clean bathrooms, BBQ grills, etc....plus vendors who sell everything from food to bike parts, on site. They prep the MX tracks for the Big Boys and also have designated riding and picnic and parking areas for folks who have little kids on bikes or quads so they don't accidently meander out onto a MX tracks or out where the big kids play. Prairie City (home of the Hangtown Classic) is a fine example of this.

i remember something like this at that donner pass (or something) snow mobile area i went to. that was a hoot in 10 feet of snow, haha even getting stuck, it was well worth the rental. it was somewhere around that zepher cove rental place at tahoe.
