PZ30 carburetor overflow

Sometimes when I park the bike the overflow tube is be a bit wet at the end tip and the next day I would find that it'd dripped maybe 2 or 3 drops. I have already set the carburetor float height at 14mm, Is it normal for the carburetor to leak a little after a ride?

It is not normal. I would check the inlet needle seat to make sure there is no damage to the needle or the seat and the linkage to be sure the float travels well and nothing is impeding it. While back I had a piece of debri in the needle passage caused it to not close completely and created the symptom you are describing. A new needle can be found on amazon for cheap worth a try.

Rarely are the float needles worn or damaged now that they have a rubber tip rather than brass. More likely a piece of hair or lint stuck in there.

Check the drain screw. The small screw that runs horizontal on the bottom of the bowl is a drain valve.
