Yeah, that's what I figured. Mine is definately an OHC then. So any word on how we adjust the tensioner and how often it needs it??? I wonder if Roketa has a tech line or someone with mechanical knowledge at their main facility in CA????

I have speculated that I would have to take the starter off and turn the screw to the left until I "feel" resistance, but I don't know for sure.

The proper way to adjust the tensioner if you ever opened the cover you will see 2 hex head bolts, do not tamper with the inner bolt. Its a bolt within a bolt. Remember do not touch the inner bolt. Next get a manual for a Honda 200xr it will tell you the full details on setting the correct tension. Ive done it a time or two once upon a time in history past, its not difficult at all. The adjustment port is located behind the starter. I know this isnt much help but its a start to knowing where began.

The xr 200 doesn't adjust the same as these bikes do. I looked it up yesterday. They have a totally different chain tensioner and the XR motor doesn't even have a bolt on the back side of the motor where ours is. We need a Roketa tech to answer this!
