Checkout the new KN250GY & KN200GY-4 + parts diagram.

Never could tell for sure where Roketa DB-05 came from until now. The KN200GY-4 is completely identical except for the Engine, it's showing an OHC in the Kayak brand but the Roketa has been coming in with a Zongshen OHV. Probably a production run just for Roketa ?

The 250 looks like it may be a decent bike as they are saying it assembled with the Zongshen 250 Engine and meets DOT EPA regs.

The only ones I have seen for sale is on ebay and from reading the auction description and terms the seller sounds kinda flakey, not to mention they are based in Brooklyn Ny.
