Finally got the lemon going. Geared it down, installed EBC heavy duty clutch plates, TRX250 shocks, and Fun Country 2" hub spacers. A brush broke off and jammed the factory starter, and then I figured out the factory push button couldn't handle the load so I replaced it with a heavier one. Then my niece rolled it 4 times because of improper throttle cable routing. This little bike has been my nemesis from day one, but I think we got it whipped now.
