if it were sold here in qld for two hundred bucks i d buy the bike, unless it it was stolen...but it will need a fair bit of work. any scrambler makes the heart grow fonder so maybe there s a rideable one somewhere in mexico - 2-3k would be cheap for that vintage round here.
