Bought a Hawk, am I missing anything?

So, I just ordered a Hawk and some mods over the weekend. I spent weeks reading all the posts and going through all of the YouTube videos available, but like it's been said before by others, the community here played a pretty big part in my decision.

So far I've ordered the following:

MIKUNI VM26 with genuine 30/120 jets and foam air filter. (Live in Florida, pretty much at sea level, found another member from FL and apparently he's using those same jets with a few bolt-ons)

CRF EBAY exhaust and exhaust wrap

520 Chain with 13/35 JT Sprockets and the Honda 90128 bolts

NGK Iridium IX plug

Kenda heavy duty TR6 tubes

+ a bottle of loctite/marine grease, some snap ring pliers, chain breaker set, still need to buy oil/brake fluid, etc.

Anything else you guys can think of? I'll replace the levers and shifters when they break. Probably change out the handlebars as well.

Looks like you've done your homework and got it covered.

Pretty complete list for a modded Hawk.

Make sure to have some brake parts cleaner on hand to clean up the rotors and pads. Some cable lube is also a good idea.

If you want to give it the full treatment, pick up a .5L bottle of fork oil and change out the fork oil as well, although judging from your list I have a feeling that is included in the "etc." portion.

Other than that, if you want the full modded Hawk experience eventually add the Tach cluster that Mjstef sells - he should be getting them in stock in a week or two, and think about adding an oil cooler in the future.

I'd definitely pick up some fork oil and change it out. I mean, might as well right? Yeah, I'm really thinking about picking up the cluster as my next purchase.

An Oil cooler is in the plans for the future as well.

I don't know how many times I've read your resource and information guide for the Hawk lol.

As soon as I find out, I'll let you guys know lol. First choice was black, second choice was blue. We'll see what I end up with.

You have the "cop magnet" right. I had a red sports car and got speeding tickets even when I wasn't speeding. Had to get rid of it, Got too expensive. Black is fast and stealthy
