It could be just about anything from a bulb not seated correctly in the socket ,to a bare wire ,a bad switch ,bad bulb , or just a bad connection .

I assume that for the brake light it could be a bulb I will take apart the housing. But the blinker I am guessing the blinker module is bad. I put a video up on youtube showing it.

At this point you are having lots of issues it seems with the harness. I would get my tube of electric grease and go thru all terminals, lube them, and reseat just to insure all connections.

when you took the head light off did you unplug all the plastic connectors and look at the pins? mine had one bent over so 2 pins were touching and going into one hole shorting it out. (was my blinkers also)

Make sure any and all the "sleeves" are pulled over all those "Bullet Connectors".

Also, you might want to consider upgrading to an ATC/ATO style fuse... I have had nothing but problems over the years with those old "Glass Fuses"

I sent an email to txpowersports and they responded pretty quickly. They were going to send me a starter solenoid before I found out it wasn't that. They are sending me out a blinker module. I didn't have any time to work on the bike tonight. I probably won't be able to look at anything until Sunday.

Got a chance to work on it today. Brake light was just the bulb found one close enough and managed to force it in. Does anyone know the actual part # or one that is an exact fit?

MCO came in Friday hopefully I can get it registered this week. Blinkers are the only issue still. Once the new module comes in I should be 100% I still need to adjust the valves hopefully I will have time tomorrow.

Decided to buy a generic blinker module at autozone. LL552 works fine. Even makes the old school blinker noise.
