Head Scratching honda cbr cdi on suzuki.

Theres a cheap suzuki gsf 400 bare motor I wanted to buy and throw my elecs and carbs off a honda cbr 400(rod bearings knocking)on to it I know the carbs will be ok its the cdi im not sure of.

The suzukis stroke is 40.5mm and the cbr is 42mm so im thinking it would just be a little retarded on timing the wirings the same 2 pins need to be swapped over they both have around the same output 58hp 13.500rpm-14000.
