Mine did, too. I promptly threw it out, though. It was way more trouble than it was worth. Hopefully I'll be able to carve out some more riding time in the not-too-distant future.

That's a sharp rig. Very practical, but something like that would get you pulled over in this country in no time flat! Because the rear wheel is on the ground, I would be concerned about the output shaft whizzing around at driving speed without the engine (and thus the oil pump) spinning as well. How far have you towed a bike with that setup? Any concerns or problems?

I remove the chain...
maybe towed the bike 500/600kms all up with it...

I over built it a wee bit...
