I've always been fussy about using motorcycle-specific products, that's why I prefer the Bel-Ray brand, and it is available for 12V models, as well.

I also use another Bel-Ray product that is rather rare and hard to find...

Living in a small town, all we have is a Walmart. Of course that means that Supertech Blinker Fluid is the "go to" fluid of choice.

Another excellent product that is not often reviewed is Bel-Ray's line of brake pad lubricants, very helpful for gas mileage by virtually eliminating the friction between rotor and pad.

That is a good point and glad you brought it up. Jerry is right, in general. But it should be cautioned that you would never want to mix US DOT-5 blinker fluid and the older fluid that was used on British bikes with Whitworth fluid calibrations. You will be left with a putty-like substance that is hard to clean out and foul smelling.

Ah. My '09 Rondo does not have that feature. What type of sensors does the BFMS use?

It's similar to what's in the washer fluid reservoir. It only comes on if low on fluid. More than likely the same part number.

Thanks guy's for playing along with this. I figured it would make our day a little more pleasant just to joke around and have a little fun. Now what I want to know is How many Noobs went out looking for the blinker fluid reservoir? Come on, lets see a show of hands.

Now i have to find some of them stainless steel vented brake lines. Anybody have a link?
