As Kato indicated, it's about the tie rod being parallel to the control arm. If one of the tie rod ends needs to be upside down to accomplish that, so be it. My 150 required that both tie rod ends have the nut on the bottom, whereas, my 200 has one tie rod end upside down.

It doesn't really matter to the tie rod end if the nut is on top, since it doesn't really bear weight, only lateral steering force. A ball joint is another matter.
