What's in there?
half or full? http://mastercircuits.blogspot.com/2...onversion.html The type of rec MUST as stock stator!!!
Good old GY6 is half http://sanxin.com.cn/Exhibit/exhview.asp?pid=32 | For typical full http://sanxin.com.cn/Exhibit/exhview.asp?pid=42
btw, Some "full" rec had a "control" wire http://sanxin.com.cn/Exhibit/exhview.asp?pid=43

dealer says we didnt buy warranty on it .
its only 2 months old and kids have been on it maybe 15 times .today i have made new ground cables for it put another new battery and the best I can get it down to is 15.2 volts.
seems like the longer it runs the higher the voltage gets.
dont want to say dealers name but they are no help they said bring it in but I'm 400 miles from them.
cannot find name on it think its a coolster (spelling)125cc automatic dnr

bolt your voltage reg to a peice of alloy to make the heat sink area bigger
a voltage reg works by turning the xtra voltage in to heat is the reason any
votage reg worth having has a alloy case with fins on it...
and if it isan't already move it out into the air flow... and get it away from anything
that produces heat..ie motor...

Dealer

I9 would call TAOTAO office and tell them the dealer will not help... there is suppose to be a 6 month warranty on defective parts... the tao tao supplier in that area should support you... I am surprised that you do not know what type of atv you have???? where is the title and other paperwork???? you should know this... as you going to need this.... who is going to listen to your problem if you can not show proof of buying it from them.... you say you changed the stator ... the regulator... the battery and wiring is good????? not much else to do??? need more real info...
