Only thing I would trust would be a GPX for that kind of work, but the suspension would need to be completely reworked. Some might say Orion, but the owner strikes me as a bit too defensive, and perhaps he's overcompensating for the quality of his product/after-sales support, which is typical Chonda, which is to say, not good. GPX has great customer support and great quality, you just pay more than the other Chinese brands.

I'll have to borrow my friend's GPX and test drive it and get a feel for it
I notice that the GPXs aren't exactly in the lower price spectrum, so I believe I have to commit to it and look at it as a longer term bike.
