Ended up doing just that, Spud.

The pain had been intense the last few days. Enough so, that management has been steering clear of me during working hours(very easily pissed off). Anyway, got the hand x-rayed yesterday. Good news is that it isn't broken. Bad news is that the tissue damage is severe enough that I may need to see a hand specialist AAANNNDDD I have advanced arthritis. Will know next week if I need to see the specialist. I'm just going to give the arthritis the finger and keep on keeping on.

Oh my goodness. I'm glad you hand isn't broken, but I'm sorry to hear of your advanced arthritis. I think we are about the same age. Getting older is not pleasant, but it beats the only alternative. Hang in there, and keep giving arthritis 'the finger.'

You dog.

Back in the 70's I'd drive to CO for a Coors run(our tastes hadn't developed yet)and bring back a few cases. I'm sure the 'Coors Run' will take on a whole new meaning, now.

The "Coors Run" is already happening. A few people have been caught with trunk loads for "distribution".

Kansas needs to be the "grow" state. Maybe we could get lower taxes.

Hand is healing well, no need to see a specialist.

Today, I was able to hold my coffee cup without needing to switch hands, which is of ultimate importance upon getting out of bed.

Glad to hear that. Didn't you buy a fat bike last year? I hope you'll heal well enough to ride it when the snow flies.

Yes, Weld, I did. Hopefully I'll be able to get out a few times after next week.
