http://www.motorstar.com.ph/products/msx200-ii Why not ask details from them?
Nothing stamped on engine? 16*FML http://www.mychinamoto.com/forums/showthread.php?642 / 19*cc gives some hints http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=568109497158
Anyway most OHC 196 are 63.5*62.2 http://zse.cc/productsdetail.aspx?Pr...=366&CateID=43
ZS CBB200 65.5*59 https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=521223054840 Not much info from 'net to mod these balanced 65.5...
Conventional 63.5 is exact Honda copy, so mods from similar bore/stroke Honda should applies on them...

The standard should be QC/T 253-2013 Codina method for engine type of motorcycle and moped, BUT that /T is recommend ie. NOT compulsorily in chinese industry, so u can call whatever u like... Measure barrel height should get the rough idea (63.5 is ~76mm), other 65.5/ 69 bore are shorter... | Take it apart & measure the bore is the ONLY way to know what's inside...

i think i have to check it personaly if its considered a 200... i had a small chat with a mechanic here and he says its a 200 engine with a 69 bore but a lowstroke engine... thats why it must be modded to achieve the engine full potential.. like find a higher stroke engine block and some crankshaft work but he says that it has a good engine... and a really torquey one... i had this motorcycle for almost 5 years no engine breakdown as of now...

I very much dount a 69mm piston (That with fully stroke crank is in a 250 with 232.6cc)
56.5 is 125cc 61ishs is 150cc add a taller crank stroke to 150 to get 175cc and add a bigger piston to taller crank to get a 200 (63mm maybe, I forget)
200 to 250 requires new cases as studs are spaced wider for the 65.5mm piston giving 223cc. 69mm piston giving 232.5cc, 71.5mm piston giving 249cc
The last 2 motors almost do not relate to the 125/150, then longer stroke/175/200/ needs cases to be 250 Also gearbox shaft from 125-200 might differ to the 250 (223cc)
