50cc performance upgrades

Edit: the middle pipe arrived and I installed the new muffler. Sounds better now. Looks nice.

I'm looking at ways to get a little more out of my 50cc bike.

I bought an exhaust slip on that I think looks decent and am hoping sounds good and gives me some better exhaust flow.

I started looking at intakes... To see if it matters if I get a larger diameter pipe. There's not a whole lot for this size, perhaps a 70cc kit. Sounds interesting but I do not want to machine anything on my own. If it's screw on and play then I will consider it.

Made it to 45mph yesterday.

The engine is a 139FMB . I have a beefy 20mm mikuni carb I meant to test but I'm going to hold off until the current $11 pz19 carb fails.

Let me know if you have some ideas. Thanks

I ordered an aftermarket exhaust from Venom Motorsports and installed it on the 50cc yesterday.

I jetted up on main to 78 from 75, and up on pilot to 36 from 35. I do get lean bog when I snap the throttle open but it rolls super smooth and sounds clean. There is some back pop on deceleration. Sounds great lol.
That spare pz20 I have laying around is actuality a vm22 which will go on the x-7 when I do the emissions delete.

The pipe sounds nice. Once the sun comes back I'll do some riding
