Yes, It was rain here for 4 / 5 days in a row. It was great to get out and ride. The bike seems to get better with the miles.

I'm 90% on-road too. I'm running 24 front and 34 rear. I use a digital gauge so its pretty much right on. 40 in the rear sounds a bit too high to me. But...I really cant speak with assertion. I just looked at specs online (misc bikes) and set mine somewhere in the range. I think it rides great on the road.

Beautiful place to ride! I took my old sv650 on skyline drive a few years ago. Need to get back.

I was on the parkway over the weekend too. it was down in the Asheville area. I was on my concours though. but every so often I'd pass a gravel road heading down the mountain that I would have loved to find out where it went.

It goes without saying but thats the exact reason I ride a dual sport. Ive had "cruzers" and like them, but I feel right at home on this. Its a keeper.
