Post Motorcycle Movie Recommendations Here!

I suggest this thread to post motorcycle related movies, shows, YouTube channels, or "shows." It can be one organized place to recommend, discuss, and learn what's out there for us to engage in.

The "Long Way" Series was discussed on another thread, and I've enjoyed watching it several times.

As the original poster on this thread, I recommend "Cycles South" a totally freaky hippie movie from the late 60's from some real adventure riders.

A couple of British programs done by Henry Cole I enjoy.

"World's Greatest Motorcycle Rides" - A little like the Long way series but done on a tighter budget.

"Shed And Buried" - 2 blokes go to another blokes shed, take a look around at there junk collection, buy something for a few quid, fix it up a bit then try and flog it for a few quid more. Sometimes a motorcycle sometimes a lawn mower, that sort of thing.

Quite entertaining in a low key way.

Available on travel channel in the uk or just google

Long Way Round and Long Way Down - - - Really need to watch them in that order to better understand how it all happened. I've watched them on you tube and Vimeo.

Not a motorcycle movie but a great motorcycle scene that always amazes. Terminator II Judgement Day. Amazing how the stunt rider handles that big Harley in the motorcycle and semi truck chase sequence. I would love to even have a 1/4 of the skill those stunts took. Even just riding up and down on and off the curbs. I would lay it down for sure. I honestly don't even know how they did/do it.

Seer thats a fantastic scene ! Too many twerps think he was a "movie set" rider .... but the guy was down and dirty hard core. The only way Bullitt could have been better was if he'd used a bike in the chase ... man oh man!

"Faster" and "Fastest." Among the best documentaries made about sports period. The sport happens to be MotoGP in the age of Rossi.

Still looking for a chance to see "Hitting the Apex."

All great suggestions.

To which I add one of my favorite movies.

Harley Davidson And The Marlboro Man.

Caution: One of the worst movies made. Finished off Don Johnson's carreer and nearly drove Micky Rourke to suicide. Seriously. For some reason though, I love the flick.

AT THE VERY LEAST watch the opening sequence. You'll love it.
