2019 Venom X22R 250

Here's a short video I shot last night on the Venom X22R 250. I forgot to wipe my memory card out before videoing and didn't realize I ran out of memory until it was too late. Had to pull out the phone and video the rest. Next video well be this weekend prepping the bike and installing some of the goodies I have in a box.

My first impression of the Venom X22R 250 is this bike is awesome.

Love everything about it. The thing I liked the most was the total experience dealing with Venom Motorsports USA. Even down to the delivery under my carport. I thing the delivery driver wants one.

He waited until I unboxed it and inspected the bike. He was surprised. He thought it was going to be a scooter. lol His exact words. "That's a real Bike"

Man that thing sounds pretty darn sweet right out of the box ., i expected that sewing machine idle but no sirree bob., that rascal actually has some bass in it's voice!

The audio on the video doesn't do it justice. Sounds much better in person.

I just got back from the DMV. Registered and tagged in less than 15 minutes. Wallet just under $200 lighter. lol Guess who's taking a long ride when they get home?

I went out and put a few miles on her. Did I mention I love this bike?

I stopped and put some gas as I only had a little in my gas can. It took just over 4.5 gallons. The tank is huge. Means longer riding time between fill ups. Here's what she looks like in the daylight.

The muffler on this bike is open straight through just like the eBay muffler on my Hawk. Really sounds great. I pulled the muffler off and ran a wire in the pipe and found the catalytic converter about half way in the pipe. There is no bulge so had me curious. Lol looks like a sawsall and a piece of straight pipe can fix that.

The key word is had one. That came off yesterday while I had all the fairing off.
