Don't buy anything from engtb untill you read this
Dear community. I have spent over $600 in parts in engtaobao and now both of the parcel (sent on the same day) are showing expired AKA Lost.

Sorry to hear this. With international shipping I think there is always the risk of a package being lost. I have bought from Engtaobao probably a dozen or so times with good results. Engtaobao gives you a variety of shipping and tracking options, not sure which one you used. I usually use SAL and maybe DHL for smaller things.
The link you shared isn't an Engtaobao link.... If you go to your Engtaobao account what does the order status say there? If it doesn't say "Completed", they might be able to help you. Once it's shipped I think you are at the mercy of whatever shipper you went with.
