Yes, that's a cool motorcycle.

I am pretty sure you can purchase the plans from them to build this bike. If I can find the link to their website, I will post it here.

Apparently, you can purchase the plans to build one yourself right now. If the bike ever goes into production, you can buy one from the inventors, later.
