Need some help with broken stud in rear wheel.

Hey everyone, got the new honda studs in, but I still cant convince this broken off one to come out. The new stud fits just fine with it still in, should i just leave it in there?

Will it throw off the balance of my wheel? Or is it too close to the center to really affect anything?

Should i put something in there to keep it from rattling around?

Sorry about all the questions, just frustrated by this stupid piece .

Well, I just decided to push some electrical tape onto the piece inside to try and keep it from just rattling around in there, and installed the sprocket.

I dont like the 17/45, doesnt feel quick and snappy. It tops out at 68 instead of 66, but its not as much fun to ride.

Ill try the 16t front sprocket.
