Jin Ke carbs?

I'm looking for a cable choke carb that fits a lifan 110cc horizontal engine. Found this one on Ebay:

It sure looks like what I'm looking for, and it's almost the same size as the 19mm carb I'm replacing. But it's a Jin Ke brand, which I've never heard of. Anybody know anything about them? Do standard Kei Hin or Mikuni jets fit?
