Is it worth swapping from EFI to carb

I just bought my 2020 hawk DLX w/ EFI, I’m wondering how hard it would be to swap to a carburetor and what all I would have to do?

I wouldn't recommend it.
The EFI system is much better than a carburetor.
All you need is a module to adjust the EFI mapping.
Some models can do this via what looks like an OBD2 bluetooth dongle, but that's not an OBD2, but one that fits a wire harness of the bike.

I've seen other modules that plug into the bike, either pigtail, or go in between the sensors and the EFI module.
They're slightly more expensive than a carburetor rejet, but work much better.
As far as the conversion goes, does your bike even have space for a carburetor?

Why would you? Is your EFI giving you problems?
